This years decorator show house saw a return to the beautiful home filled with great ideas
that we all expect from San Francisco designers and that had been missing from the past few years.
The livable 1908 brick home had much of it's Michael Taylor interiors intact which had been updated by
Tucker and Marks.
The interiors had a few stand out rooms and my favorite was the library by Jeffery De Sousa. Other notable
spaces was the kitchen by Steven Miller, the bronze letters floating across the upper stairwell landings by Alex Ray and the lower lever bar with mirror ceilings and walls by Reba Jones.
The wonderful formal gardens with views of the Presidio updated by Living Green Design and the walled garden space with a canopy passage of Rhododendrons ending in a group of mirrored sculpture by Kate Webster and
Thayer Hopkins.
I'm so glad that the show house is back on track!
